About your host, Elías: "I'm 33 years old, graduated in business administration and as achef, passionate about food, especially the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. After graduating in a traditional cooking school, I took Spanish cuisine classes, both Mediterranean and specific paella making, to develope the recipe that I have today, and that I will share with you in a unique and intimate space :)"
