Exit the Colosseum metro station at the ground level and cross the street. Keep the Colosseum on your right and walk around it; keep walking past the military vehicles and around the Colosseum until you see an open area with a flight of stairs. Your Musement representative – dressed in the Musement uniform – will meet you there. Please arrive 20 minutes in advance for check-in.

What to remember
  • The guided tour lasts a total of 3 hours, of which 45 minutes inside the Colosseum due to the COVID-19 contagion prevention measures in place
  • Please note: if you add the audioguide to your purchase, remember to download it on your smartphone. You will not receive another device. Your coordinator will help you set it up in case you need assistance
  • During the booking process, you can choose to add headphones to your audioguide; if selected, they will be delivered at the meeting point by your Musement coordinator
  • In case you want to purchase the audioguide + earphones option, please check that your smartphone is equipped with a jack connector. If it doesn't, please use your own earphones
  • The guided tour is available in English, Italian, Spanish, French and Portuguese
  • The audioguide is available in Italian, English, German, French, Spanish and Chinese
  • Please remember that it's possible to access only once to each included site
  • Large bags/backpacks/suitcases are not permitted inside sites (small bags are allowed) and there are no cloakrooms at the site
  • Entrance to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and Palatine is free on the first Sunday of each month
  • Please make sure to bring either a valid ID card or passport (per person)
